Luovo Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This policy explains how Luovo handles data for the Luovo mobile app. It supplements the shared VailGrid Privacy Policy. Luovo is a local-first menstrual cycle tracking app. Predictions and insights are informational only; Luovo is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Data Luovo handles
Luovo can store personal and sensitive health data that you choose to enter, including period and cycle dates, flow, symptoms, mood, notes, contraceptive or pill tracking, reminder settings, app settings, language, privacy preferences, and import or export data. If you use account or sync features, Luovo may also process your account email and selected app data needed to provide cross-device access.
Local-first storage
Luovo stores tracking data on your device by default. Core tracking works without an account. Your cycle data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Optional sync and accounts
If you choose to sign in or enable sync, selected app data may be sent to the configured sync provider so you can access it across devices. Network services use encrypted transport. If sync is not enabled, local tracking data remains on your device unless you export, share, or otherwise choose to move it.
Diagnostics and store data
Apple, Google, or other platform providers may process installation details, crash reports, performance diagnostics, or store transaction information according to your device settings and their own privacy policies. Luovo does not intentionally include health entries, notes, or cycle details in analytics or diagnostic events.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, import replacement data, or uninstall the app. You can export your data and clear local data from Luovo settings when those features are available in your installed version.
If you create an account, you can delete the account from the in-app profile screen. If you cannot access the app, request deletion through the Luovo support page and include the account email so the account can be located. Account deletion removes the cloud-backed account and associated cloud-backed app data; local device data can still be cleared from app settings or by removing the app.
Children's privacy
Luovo is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children. Store availability, age ratings, and eligibility to use Luovo may vary by country or region.
Security
Luovo is designed to keep health data local by default and to use platform-protected app storage. You should keep device lock, backups, and exported files secure because exports can contain sensitive health information.

Changes
If Luovo changes how it handles data, this page will be updated.
